Crew Change Types
The Crew Change Types feature lets you organize your crew changes into categories for easier planning. Here’s how to use it.
Log into your Martide account and click on Settings under your profile picture in the right hand corner and then on Crew Change Types:
You will go here:
As you can see, we have one Crew Change Type: Planned.
How to add a Crew Change Type
Click the blue Add Crew Change Type button and you will see this:
Enter your type into the box. For example, we are going to add ‘Emergency’. When you click Save, your new Crew Change Type will show on the main page:
How to set a Crew Change Type
Click on Crew Changes in the menu on the left hand side to go to the Crew Change page:
Go to a crew change by clicking on the date. When you are in a crew change you will see a box at the top of the page saying Type. Click on it and it will show you a drop down menu with all the Crew Change Types you have added:
Select the Type you need. This will let you and your coworkers know what type of crew change this is when you’re dealing with it.
