4th October - Martide's Weekly Changelog and Bug Fixes

New Features

  • You can now search for expired or missing documents. The new Validator feature checks the current Data Template for each embarkation record and if a template has been adjusted and a license (for example) has been added, all crew will now require it and the system will flag that that license is missing. When you originally create a Data Template, you add the required licenses, documents etc. But documents and contracts expire and contracts can also be extended, so the Validator is the way to check that everyone onboard has all valid documents when Port State Control comes on board to check.
  • When adding visas, there is now a drop down menu for the type (business, tourist etc)

27th September - Martide's Weekly Changelog & Bug Fixes

New Features:

  • In the visa drop down menu, we have added an option for a Schengen visa. This means that if you search for Schengen visas and you have already saved a visa that is within the Schengen group of countries, you will be able to see all the seafarers who have that visa. For example, searching for Schengen will show you all seafarers who have a German, French, Spanish, Swedish etc visa.
  • On the Crew Change page, we have added additional fields into the Excel export.
  • When you’re in a crew change there is now the option to automatically calculate ticket costs. To do so, use the toggle button next to the ticket cost at the bottom of the crew change.
  • Also in crew changes, we now show airline logos for flights.

  • In Recruitments, there is now a column for the Crew Change date on the main page.
  • Previously, if a city has more than one airport, you could only select it during a crew change. This now works across Martide so that you can now select a city in any airport drop down menu.
