New Features

• We now allow users to sort documents at both the Document Validation stage and on the Data Templates page. To do this, the user needs to go to Settings > Document Types and then order the list of documents there.

• We also fixed various bugs throughout the system.

• We added a new ‘flags’ filter on the Vessels page.

• In Forms, users can now edit and delete answers if the form is still pending.
• Also in Forms, users can edit and delete the answers in manual forms at any time.
• Employers can see a manual form that has been added by a manning agent as long as the form is linked to an embarkation.
• A crew change date is now required for each Recruitment.
• On the seafarer jobs page on the website, we now show the date that the job was created as well as the date that the ad was last updated.

• The document expiry check is now working properly.

• The system now shows the type (i.e. Assignment or Recruitment) on the main Data Templates page.
• When adding manual employment, the system now only requires the estimated left home and estimated arrived home dates.

Seafarers

• You can now set the type of bank account when filling in your banking details in your seafarer profile.

• On the Seafarers page you can now download a seafarer’s Employment History.
• We now also list the embarkation ID when you export a seafarer’s Employment History.
• If you have created a Vessel Custom Contact you can now set this person as an assigned role in the Pipeline settings.
• On the Embarkation section on a seafarer’s profile you can now delete promotions.

Companies

• In Crew Changes you can now search for seafarers in the on- and off-signer lists.
• Manning agents can now apply a candidate on the Assignments page.
• Employers can now search for archived vessels on the Assignments page.
• In Data Templates, vessels are now sorted alphabetically.
• In an Assignment, it is now possible to hide the vessel name when you’re creating a new public job listing.

Seafarers

• You can now edit sections in your profile.
• We have created a toggle button that lets you switch your profile from public to private and vice versa. This is so you can showcase your profile to employers and manning agents when you’re looking for work, and can hide it if you’re not currently looking for a new seafarer job.
