Martide’s partners are seeking experienced and customer-focused Hotel Supervisors to join their hospitality teams aboard cruise ships. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations across hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and guest services. Hotel Supervisors support department managers and oversee team performance to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities generally include:

• Team Supervision & Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and guest services teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Guest Experience Management: Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor hotel services and facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Staff Training & Development: Support training initiatives, onboard new team members, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality guest service delivery.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, participating in inspections and supporting corrective actions as needed.
• Service Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest cabins, public areas, and hospitality venues to ensure they meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address operational challenges and guest-related issues in real time, escalating to senior management as needed.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and supplies for housekeeping, guest amenities, and other operational needs, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare daily shift reports, track operational issues, and provide feedback to senior managers to support continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with other departments, including engineering, food and beverage, and entertainment, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
