Martide’s partners are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join their onboard beverage teams. As a Bartender on a cruise ship or passenger ship, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities generally include:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Provide personalized, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the bar, lounges, and other designated service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Upsell and promote daily beverage specials and signature cocktails.
• Accurately handle guest payments, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and process transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure timely replenishment of bar supplies.
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with other bar and hospitality team members to support smooth service flow during peak hours.
