Normonte d.o.o. is a private ship manning agency with its office in Kotor, Montenegro. An affiliate of SeaMonte d.o.o. Kotor, it was established in 2004 and has experience of dry cargo ship management. The company is registered in the Economic Court of Montenegro under the Reg. number 5-0217713 and ID number 02408945. They are authorized by the Ministry of Transportation and Maritime Affairs (Licence No. 342/17-05-3200/2, dated 29.05.2017.) to perform the recruitment and placement of seafarers, in accordance with Reg. 1.4 – Standard for Quality Management Systems of Seafarer Manning Offices of Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006). NorMonte employ qualified, certified and experienced staff who have adequate training, including approved sea-service experience, and have relevant knowledge of the maritime industry, including the relevant maritime international instruments on training, certification and labor standards. Normonte d.o.o. provides crewing service to clients whose vessels trade worldwide. Ships include bulk carriers, containers, multipurpose vessels, tankers, offshore vessels etc. Their customers and partners are reputable shipowners and ship management companies mainly from EU countries. They achieved the International Quality System Standards ISO 9001:2015, and the Quality Management System has been audited and certified by the SGS.
